Sends the message that Police can now "legally" cite violators.
Advised by Police to post signage and when I catch someone ... then they can cite. Once posted, the dumping by rental units nearby stopped. An added feature, the adhesive used is top notch. I just barely touched one corner to the container and trying to remove for better alignment took some effort. Will definitely order again as needed.
